In a slight departure from my usual dance and soul sounds, this week we have a song by the fabulously named Grand Master Flash and the Furious Five (featuring Melle Mel) with a very clear message “Don’t do it!”

I’m glad you liked it. 🙂 It is similar to Rapper’s Delight but the ‘message’ is different – which reminds me… Check out “The Message” by the Grand Master – you may like that one too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O4o8TeqKhgY It has some great lyrics, like “It’s like a jungle sometimes. It makes me wonder how I keep from going under.” Priceless. 😊
