      We have quite a few views like that around here – not always in perfect sunshine you understand! I expect to be posting a few more snow covered peaks (& valleys) over the next few months, so keep your eyes peeled… 🙂

         I certainly will! Jim and I used to like skiing but haven’t been for years, so it’s great to see the mountains in the snow, brings back lots of good memories! 😄

   What a fabulous view! The autumn colours set against the snow-capped peaks are gorgeous.

      Yes, it was a beautiful walk on a perfect, ‘blue sky’, day. The photo is a bit ‘shadowy’ though (see mountain on left) as the camera can’t quite handle the panoramic pan sometimes. (Often it rebels and I resort to taking 4 or 5 pictures, then stitching them together when I get home, but this was directly from the camera). I left it in the gallery as it still gives a flavour of the view. 🙂
